Kapihan sa Dualtech
Dualtech organized a forum for partner companies regarding the partnership and Dual Training System
In this Kapihan, representatives from industries discussed their involvement in the Dual Training System (DTS). Dualtech has been listening to industry for the past 34 years. Academe-Industry cooperation does narrow the skills gap.
Four (4) partner companies of Dualtech shared spaces in their facility for mentoring, coaching, and life skills training of Dualtech scholars.
God owns the earth but its is rented to the daring. There are lot of opportunities for skilled personnel like Dualtech workers and for sure companies will knock on your doors. You will be given opportunities to grow and you should accept every opportunity. -- Mr. Arturo C. Yan, President | Phil-Nippon Kyoei Corporation
STUDY. Learning never ends and even though you graduated from school. Of course, teachers may have taught you and you may have absorbed the knowledge from the textbooks. However, from now on, EXPERIENCE will be your teacher. You should experience many things so you become the good engineer or the good person who could contribute to the society. -- Atsushi Kiyokawa, President | NEC Tokin Electronics Philippines, Inc.
"I want to recognize and acknowledge that I was amazed that Dualtech has served not only in Luzon but gone as far as Visayas and Mindanao. I became a scholar because of good institution like Dualtech and I was a scholar from High School up to College. With being (1) Malayo ang tingin, (2) Masayahin, (3) Magaling, (4) Marami pa ang dadating, and (5) Madasalin, I will be expecting to see Dualtech graduates to be one of the best in whatever field they are in." -- Mr. Norman S. Gayloa, Country HR Head | Temic Automotive Philippines, Inc.
We are now entering our 34th year as an institution, and we shall have six graduations this year as programmed. We estimated that we shall have about 600 graduates in total by the end of the year. This being the 1st Graduation we thought to anchor it by having with us the leadership of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. We are fortunate that we have the Deputy Director General of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, he, prior to be in TESDA, chair the board of Trustees Wesleyan University in Cabanatuan, and he took a leave as partner of a Law firm that he formed with a couple of colleagues, therefore he rendered full time to us. He graduated from The University of the Philippines in Diliman in the Law School and had a bachelor's Degree in Political Science in the same University. I had a conversation with him last week and, what I felt was that he would be prouder to be distinguished as a good husband and a good father to his kids. And because he quoted for 3 times the words “Seek here first the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you”, I perceive that he is striving to be a good son to our good Lord. Ladies and Gentlemen let us welcome Atty. Ted Pascua.
