On February 03, Handling Innovation opened its new Toyota Material Handling Philippines Training Center in Paranaque City. The blessing of the new renovated building was officiated by Dualtech’s former Chaplain, Fr. Willy Ong and was attended by their staff, friends, and partners including Dualtech. The training center is equipped with equipment, tools, and other training facility that will better enhance skills development in servicing and maintaining Toyota service forklifts.

Community Relations (ComRel) Coordinators and Benefactors Visit at Dualtech and Partner Companies

Dualtech Center organized a 2-Day Work-Life-Effectiveness Seminar Workshop for its Community Relations Coordinators from Quezon, Bohol, Cebu, Ilocos Sur, and Leyte and for benefactors who provided scholarship grants and financial assistance to Dualtech Scholars.

Dualtech organized a forum for partner companies regarding the partnership and Dual Training System

In this Kapihan, representatives from industries discussed their involvement in the Dual Training System (DTS). Dualtech has been listening to industry for the past 34 years. Academe-Industry cooperation does narrow the skills gap.

Four (4) partner companies of Dualtech shared spaces in their facility for mentoring, coaching, and life skills training of Dualtech scholars.

In Dualtech’s Electromechanics training program, trainees study the basics of the course during the first six months. They cut to size a piece of metal, connect electrical devices, operate lathe machines, weld metals, draw simple isometric plans, and clean their work areas after each class.
